Payment Schedule:
At the time of Sigining the Agreement

Commencement of work or within 30 days from the date of agreement , whichever is later

On completion of respective roof slab

On completion of Brick work

On completion of Internal plastering

At the time of handing over the flat fully completed

Other Terms and Conditions:
In case of booking cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded with out any deductions.
All measurements, layout, elevation and specifications shown in the brochure are subjected to minor variations without specific or generic notices.
Ownership/handing over of flat will be done upon settling all the dues.
Rajus Flat Promoters Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject the flat booking before entering into agreement.
In case payments are not made as per agreement signed, the builder reserves the right to cancel the allotment or charge interest for the delayed period, in case of cancellation the payment will be refunded without interest and subject to the deduction of expenses and damages.
Builder is not responsible for any delay in water/electric and other service connections due to the delay with concerned departments.
Maintenance:
Flat Owners' Association will be formed on handing over of the possession of the apartments and common amenities, free maintenance for one year will be carried out by the Builder from the date of handing over of the flat and common amenities.
